Impactify founding partners have worked with Governments, Development organizations, and Private sector, across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas, and South East Asia. Together they have more than 25 years of experience in Policy, Strategy, Finance, Operations, Technology, Organizational capability building, and CSR. They are engineers by qualification with management degrees from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), and University of Michigan (USA).
Over the last 2 years they have transitioned from their corporate lives to work for the development of India. They have founded Impactify with a technology core to improve effectiveness of 1000s of NGOs using global best practices, customized to local context.
Sudeep comes with a vast experience of working in the development sector. He has led the funding and execution of development programs with several NGOs across 15 countries in Africa, Europe, UK, Russia, and India. He has been associated with the India CSR Act since its inception in 2013, while heading the CSR function for SBI Card.
An engineer by qualification, and alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), he has worked in Telecom, Finance, e-Commerce and Investment banking. Sudeep has focused on Strategy, Operations, Digital solutions, and Change management. He is a 6-Sigma Black belt, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Joy has worked with Mckinsey & Co. across US, Europe, Africa, Middle East and India with a focus on Government Policy, Strategy, and Organizational Capability Building. In recent years, he has helped design and execute programs relating to Health systems, Education, Skill development, Infrasturcture delivery, Economic development, and Urban management.
Joy has developed an expertise in improving national Social Outcomes through the "Delivery Management" approach. Engineer by training, he received his MBA from the University of Michigan (USA), after succesfully running his entrepreneurial venture for 5 years in India.
